Day 1:

So far today so good. I have stayed within my WW points and ran 40 minutes on a treadmill. I used to hate the treadmill but because it forces me to run continuously and at the same speed I don't mind it so much, I look forward to doing it again tomorrow!! I just have to get up early so I can beat everyone else to the fitness center. I even made 3 point brownies and only ate two!


Thursday was really bad. Two Christmas dinners at work, Friday was ok, but Saturday- my brother came and we ordered pizza, BAD idea. Pizza is one of those trigger foods- once I start eating it I can't stop. It's the same with most sweets I bake. Which is why I take them all to work. I'm trying to drink more water too. Well that is all, I will check back tomorrow and see how I'm doing.


I want to lose 20 lbs by 02/25. So far I've lost 2.7!
