I lost another 1.3 pounds this week
I think it was all the running. I have been doing pretty well for a few days, only a couple slip ups. They're bringing Weight Watchers to work, I might try the meetings + etools. I just use the etools now.

I bombed it last night
Night is the worst time ever. No matter what I do, it's like I can't control the cravings I get at night. I feel like I NEED something with sugar in it. I do have low blood sugar so sometimes I think it's my body trying to gear up for sleeping? I don't know. It's driving me insane. I do so great all day and then brush my teeth, hop into bed, and 1/2 hour later, I'm up and in the kitchen.
So far so good today, but I won't be trying to go to bed for another hour, so we'll see. I'm hopeful. If anything I will just drink juice and eat a cracker, I have some leftover activity points. I could always eat a grapefruit too. I will update more tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Day 1:
So far today so good. I have stayed within my WW points and ran 40 minutes on a treadmill. I used to hate the treadmill but because it forces me to run continuously and at the same speed I don't mind it so much, I look forward to doing it again tomorrow!! I just have to get up early so I can beat everyone else to the fitness center. I even made 3 point brownies and only ate two!
Thursday was really bad. Two Christmas dinners at work, Friday was ok, but Saturday- my brother came and we ordered pizza, BAD idea. Pizza is one of those trigger foods- once I start eating it I can't stop. It's the same with most sweets I bake. Which is why I take them all to work. I'm trying to drink more water too. Well that is all, I will check back tomorrow and see how I'm doing.
I want to lose 20 lbs by 02/25. So far I've lost 2.7!
